CNC Automatic PLC Metal Steel Iron Wire Cutting And Straightening Machine
1, The straightening machine consists of a frame, a straightening mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a linear
gun and a wire frame. The straightening part is composed of a straightening shaft, a straightening pressure block and a bearing
housing at both ends to complete the straightening work of the wire. Its power is a motor installed in the lower part of the
frame, which drives the straightening shaft to rotate at high speed through triangle tape.
2, The straightening device and the cutting device are driven by their own motors, and they do not interfere with each other. The
two sets of wire feeding mechanisms at the front and rear can ensure the smooth feeding of the wires.
